Refund policy

We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a great shopping experience with us!

If you received the wrong item, please return it for an exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. We do not offer refunds, as pieces are handmade and most are custom.

If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 7 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as to how long it will last), color changes. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.

Engraved items and Special order items are Final Sale and are not eligible for any refund or exchange as they are specifically customized for you.
